About Me

I have an MSc in Cognitive and Decision Sciences from studying at the psychology department of University College London. I studied the current views on how human beings think and make decisions. My dissertation considered the process people go through to make a decision. I show how theories we hold about the world, memories and information available in our current environment are all combined to form a view and take a decision.
I am also trained in Gestalt Organisation and Systems Development with the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, USA. This is a humanistic approach to coaching and focuses on heightening awareness and how organisations and systems of people develop during change.
I work as a leadership coach and change consultant. I worked at a senior level for a global multinational with both global roles and assignments in the UK, Belgium, USA and Singapore. My clients include large multinational corporations, leading consultancies and individuals taking on big challenges. I have a network of specialist coaches and consultants who can be integrated in the work I do. I have a strong interest in awareness and how people think and make decisions. I have a deep interest in what makes people succeed, grow as individuals and attain fulfillment in what they do.
